Dawson City to the Arctic Circle via the Dempster Highway

We got up early and after giving our RV park Neighbours their wake-up-call at 6:30am, we left for the Dempster Highway.
We had been warned not to take our Trailer up the road because there had been heavy rains and snow a few days prior. So we decided to leave the trailer in Dawson City and tent it at the Arctic Circle, instead.
Off we went for our adventure. And an adventure it was.

The road at the beginning of the Dempster was great all the way up to Tombstone Park.

The road after Tombstone started to deteriorate quite fast but wow what incredible scenery throughout. Every time you turned around. there was another picture opportunity. Just absolutely mindblowing. Overwhelming, actually. There was just so much to look at. 360 degree views wherever you turned.

it just kept getting better and better.

After about 9 hours of driving and endless photo opps, we finally arrived at the Arctic Circle. What a cool feeling!

After a few pics. we looked for a place to stay and we decided to try out a little side road after the Arctic Circle. And look at the spot we have found

Here our campsite for the night. What an incredible view to be had.
